Owner/Head Brewer
Keith T. Yager is the owner and head brewer at Cross-Eyed Owl Brewing Company. Keith was named Brewmaster of the Year in 2016 at the Alabama State Beer Championship. One of the original founders of the very successful Yellowhammer Brewing, Keith has shared his talents with other breweries such as Serda Mobile, Straight to Ale, and Rocket Republic.
Keith says his specialties are processes, quality control, and recipe development. Originally from Pennsylvania, Keith moved to Huntsville in 1993; he and his family currently live in Gurley where he enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, and playing with his super high energy Great Danes.
